If you’ve successfully quit, thats excellent news, just ensure you don’t go back to the weed.
Don’t get bored and think I’ll just have one smoke, remember before you stopped, you would have done anything to be free of smoking, now that you are, you might need to remind yourself every now and again just how harmful smoking can be.
1 or 2 smokes might not sound like a bad thing, but it will never end there, soon you’ll get a nag for another smoke, and another after that and so the cycle continues.
As a non smoker I can say for the most part, its perfect, but every now and again, you do get the urge to smoke, the important thing is don’t flirt with these thoughts, its not worth it.
Some people tell me, they started smoking again from boredom. Boredom is a state of mind, and smoking won’t help with your boredom. Doing something constructive will give you relief from boredom.
